Since launching Durkan Homes to market in 2019, Camargue has worked closely with its leadership and marketing teams to support the full lifecycle of housing development - from planning support and stakeholder consultation, to local communications throughout the construction process, and dedicated placemaking and residential sales support. 

We have secured Durkan Homes extensive media exposure during this period, building its reputation in trusted sector titles such as WhatHouse and Housebuilder as well as in national, consumer media including Metro and Evening Standard. We’ve also developed buyer case studies, supported show home events, and are currently working with Durkan Homes on a range of activation events and a bespoke lifestyle publication to support its latest development in Cambridge. 

In early 2025, we took the exciting step of launching Durkan Regen to market, with a flurry of news exposure culminating in an in-depth interview with its Managing Director in leading sector title, Housing Today. Over the last year, we have developed a steady stream of thought leadership pieces and podcast opportunities designed to respond to the key challenges facing social housing providers – from skills shortages to AI, and the funding, procurement and delivery of homes that are fit for the future.

In autumn 2025, Camargue took a leading role in the organisation of a bespoke event for industry leaders in social housing. This brought together a panel of leading experts to discuss future regeneration challenges and the role of a more holistic whole house approach. The event was key in positioning Durkan Regen as a thought leader in the sector, elevating its profile among key social housing representatives and it has now laid the foundations for an annual event.

As well as driving pro-active outreach and positioning, Camargue also works closely with Durkan’s Chairman and CEO to advise on Government and stakeholder engagement and protect the business’ commercial interests.
